- Detailed review of messaging and calendaring software (distribution lists, sharing and viewing other user's calendars)
- Overview of related websites

Group Training Classes conducted by DoIT staff
In depth training sessions that give a wide overview of software uses and procedures. Classes are offered on an "as needed" basis. Typically 3 hours in length, some involve multiple sessions and are typically scheduled once 2 or more staff members have made a request.
One-on-one Training Sessions conducted by DoIT staff
For staff members that have an urgent need to learn a piece of software OR for those that may need a more individualized approach to training, one-on-one trainings can be scheduled. These sessions will be designed based on the skills of the user. Prior to the trainings users will be expected to set goals and identify the skills they wish to gain. Sessions are typically 1-2 hours in length and are offered when staffing allows.
Consultations by Appointment
Some users are familiar with the software but occasionally need someone to show them some of the more complicated procedures, or just like to have someone available to them should they have a question.
