Request Account Activation/Deactivation, Report Issues, and Request Web and Application Updates
To help us track and prioritize requests, please submit all help requests using our new online help system, Helpstar.

As usual, please use this system for all requests including:
- Account activation and deactivation
- Help on the design, creation, or maintenance of a project
- Request for new or necessary maintenance of online forms
- Request for new or necessary maintenance web databases
- Broken links and images on your site
- Hardware (computers, printers, etc) that is not working properly
- Software that is not functioning
