The Department of IT has developed a set of resources to ensure that you get help fast.
Request New Users, Report Issues, and Request Web and Application Updates
To help us track and prioritize requests, please submit all help requests using our new online help system, Helpstar.

As usual, please us this system for all requests including:
- new user setup request
- help on the design, creation, or maintenance of a project
- request for new or necessary maintenance of online forms
- request for new or necessary maintenance web databases
- broken links and images on your site
- hardware (computers, printers, etc) that is not working properly
- software that is not functioning
- mobile device issues
